The front page article should be up today.
Re: Together Retro: Road Rash
The Wiki for EA Replay says "The music in the Road Rash games, which by most fans is considered crucial to the series' feel, has been replaced with a single looping new music track."noiseredux wrote:I think the original is on EA Replay on psp... I guess I could play that.

I'll be playing the three games on the Genesis. In addition, I ordered a new sealed copy of Road Rash Jailbreak for the GBA, and I will also be playing that.
I hope the article will mention Rob Hubbard's involvement with the game music. He's already famous for C64 Commando, among other C64 titles.

Re: Together Retro: Road Rash
it doesn't. the article is short and covers the very basics only. clearly a rush jobExedExes wrote:I'll be playing the three games on the Genesis. In addition, I ordered a new sealed copy of Road Rash Jailbreak for the GBA, and I will also be playing that.

To be fair, I'm pretty sure when it came up for vote people were voting for the series in general, not specifically the first entry.dsheinem wrote:Who's playing? What port?
I've never spent time with anything but the Genesis and Game Gear ports myself, but for this month I am interested in checking out the Game Boy one also. Anyone planning to play other entries in the series as well?

I'll be playing the 3DO version either way. Because it's awesome.

I was the one who nominated it and yeah that's kinda what I had in mind. Doesn't really matter too much though.
Re: Together Retro: Road Rash
I only have Road Rash II on the Genesis. Is that not acceptable?

TR is always about playing any game in the series, with a (usual) "focus" on a particular one.pierrot wrote:I only have Road Rash II on the Genesis. Is that not acceptable?

Re: Together Retro: Road Rash
I plan on going through all 3 on my Ouya once I get back.
Road Rash 2 is my favorite but I remember really liking 3. I never played much of the first so I'm interested to see how it fairs compared to it's sequels.
