I meant to USB keyboard adapter. My DOS machine has a USB motherboard where you can connect USB keyboard and mouse which work fine in DOS. It could be PS/2, whatever rocks the old boat as they say. Joytokey is a software solution, what I want is a hardware solution because that would work with any OS, even DOS.
I am located in Canada, and in a pretty lousy part, so the cheapest option is to buy a $20 used pad from ebay. That is not exactly cheap, but affordable. I'll save that as a last resort.
