Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures (GEN/SNES) is fun. I played it not too long ago, and I thought that its unique play style had held up pretty well. Although I have not played it as an adult, I remember liking Pac-In-Time (SNES), and I have soft spots for Pac-Mania (ARC), Pac-Pix (NDS), and Ms. Pac-Man: Maze Madness (N64).
Finally, I had the good fortune to play Baby Pac Man (ARC) in arcades when I was younger. That game - which is a combination of Pac-Man and pinball(!), will probably never receive a home port, but I recall it being a lot of fun. If you ever see a machine, you should be sure to give it a shot.
Pac-Man World 3 is a great 3D platformer. I have it on PSP, but I would suggest getting a console version because those seem to have the better reviews.
NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Xbox 360, PS1, PS2, PSP, DS Lite, DSi, GB, GBA SP, Dreamcast, and 2600.

Pac Man World was good? I remember wanting to check it out as a kid, but I never got around to it.
For sure. Pac-Man World 2 was even better. They really are underrated platforming gems. The butt-bounce move (as dumb as it sounds) was actually a really fun move to use akin to Scrooge McDuck's Pogo-Jump in Duck Tales on NES.
Just want to give a shot out for that cool Pacman stage in Lollipop Chainsaw. Something oddly satisfying about slicing giant Pacmans in half with a chainsaw

Seriously. Screw you Shao Kahn I'm gonna play Animal Crossing.
I seem to remember a Ms. Pacman game on Dreamcast which was quite good, isometric 3D pill munching style, with extra tasks and more complex mazes to go through, can't recall the exact name though.

I've played Pac-Man 2 in the last year or so, still fun. I'm not even really a big fan of point and click or adventure games, but I like it. Haven't beat it though.
Pacman World 1 and 2 are good. Haven't played 3 because they gave pacman a voice that sounded awful in trailers.
I also have some namco remix collection that has a pacman game similar to monkey ball or marble madness and a few other games featuring pacman. I don't even remember if it was a wii game or a gamecube game but I spent a while playing it. I'm sure it's worth the $10 or so I probably paid.
LadyBug for the ColecoVision is a great Pac Man clone that takes the basic formula of eating pellets in a maze while running away from bad guys, but adds the element of revolving doors for even more strategy.
