I always recommend the Gamecube version. It's the console the game was originally designed for; the GCN's big-ass A button fits the control scheme like a glove.
It'll probably look better too.
speaking of Gamecube games PN03 is SOooooooooooooooooooooo underrated. I think it's the only "exclusive" that remained so and it's such a great game rhythmic.
Out of infamous Capcom Five, yes, that is the only game that remained a GCN exclusive. I remember a lot of critics bashed it for being bland, but the user reviews I read at the time seemed mostly positive - admiring the game' arcade-like style.
I think it's a game that works best in small doses. Most professional critics are forced to finish a game as quickly as possible, to ensure their reviews meet deadlines. I can see how that would make the repetitive environments especially tiresome.
That's one reason for me to skip Next Gen. Catch up with my Gamecube Games. Cube had alot of great games that got glossed over especially in Japan I think it had a Rastan game
I'm not really interested at all about next gen consoles. Asking price will be way too high for what will (most likely) be incremental advances in technology and new ways to YLOD.
The only new console I'm looking forward to buying is a brand new PS2 before they completely vanish and become ridicu-dumb in price. I've got way too many games for that system.
Even though I've had several years to do so, I'm still not ready for the next generation of game consoles. I've really liked having the current consoles stick around for as long as they have, even though the technology is somewhat stagnant. I won't be skipping it, but I'm definitely going to be waiting a while before buying the Wii-U.
That's why this thread exists. it's a very Vague video though and the timing seems off, it could be a press event for games coming out this year or something. Remember too many big games are still coming out this year and announcing New Hardware at least before E3 would be suicide for games yet to come out.
We still have The Last of US GTA V (September) Watch Dogs (no date either)
others I can't really remember but they're coming A new Suda 51 game is due this summer too.
I don't want the next gen to come. I dread what is in store even. I just hope the no used game rumors are shat upon.

It's not really suicide at all. Those consoles have a huge installed base at this point. Nobody is going to skip out buying a game for something they already own because a new console will be coming out later on.
I don't think either there is a high demand for a new Console. The Wii U hasn't exactly set the world onfire. In fact there's a huge amount of backlash against it. Now wither or not the Wii U is actually Next Gen or a This gen console that just now came out is debatable. Only people that bought a Wii U were either Hardcore Fanboys or the hardest of the hardcore MUST GET ALL DAY ONE WHO CARES IF LAUNCH LINE UP SUCKS gamer.
I think Open source consoles are something to look at though the Ouya, Game stick ect These are where the new and unique game play experiences are going to come from they may not be powerful but they are capable. Some of the best games I played this gen were on XLIG (Arkune the Kunoichi for example)
The Ouya and Gamestick are throw backs to the days of Floppy discs when everyone and they momma were making games and there was shit but there was alot of gold that became a huge franchise down the road.
