I know what you mean. Maybe not anxiety, but stress for sure...

Well, you can try to skip that completely and see what gives... ^^
It's not like you need milk anyway. You can get all your calcium from green veggies.
Maybe keep a food diary and see if you can find a pattern.

do you think this thread will mark the return of our lost resident Busomjack?
His quote:
A big reason why is because many Americans have terrible lifestyles. They eat way too much sugar, meat, eggs, dairy and processed foods and not enough fruits and vegetables and they don't get enough exercise.
I think many Americans are convinced that they don't need live healthfully since the medical system will bail them out. Really irresponsible.
In defense of the US though, I do think Europe has more smokers than the USA.
As for politics, yeah too many Americans focus exclusively on issues like abortion and gays. In Europe these are non-issues mostly. He was our trollish entertainment back in June.
I shopped some pics of him back then:
he was a supposed health nut.
Fun times.

He was a jerk, but this is 100% true. I don't agree that Americans ignore this because healthcare will "bail them out" (as it certainly won't), I think it's just pure laziness and ignorance brought on by people being raised thinking eating garbage and stuff not meant for human consumption is "normal".

Anything orange-colored is good for you too. Except for orange soda.

I don't know about general effects, but I took this once when I was a teenager and it made me rather ill. It gave me a fast heartbeat and some other symptoms that I have since forgotten. I've avoided it since.

I've heard that dying can take a toll on your health.

I ran across this guy's transcribed podcasts a while ago and found the health section pretty informative:
http://skeptoid.com/episode_guide.php?cat=15Specifically the "Things we eat" and "Superfruit Juices" ones had a lot of interesting information. The arguements at the bottom under the references are entertaining as well.
TL:DR version:
Eating an apple is way healthier than an equal ammount of any fruit juice you can buy at any health-food store.
Wheat Grass does almost nothing for your health.
Modern processed food isn't poisonoius.

anything with high fructose corn syrup. Gives you that ponch that's a terrible bitch to get rid of.
And styrofoam isn't the best to ingest either.
