I just recently got a Wii for the 1st time, so I haven't played all the exclusives yet... However several really stand out:
ExciteBots Trick Racing, House of the Dead Overkill, Kirby's Epic Yarn, Kororinpa: Marble Mania, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Sin and Punishment: Star Successor & Zack & Wiki Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure are pretty high quality.
With the Wii now 99% done, what were your favorite games?

Ah. Yeah, I forgot about this one. Very good game.BoneSnapDeez wrote:Muramasa: The Demon Blade - Amazing Metroidvandia game with RPG elements. The "painted" graphical art style is amazing.

Yea. I liked Muramasa on the Wii, but I am eagerly awaiting the Vita version. I think I'll have more fun with it on the go.

Re: With the Wii now 99% done, what were your favorite games
Here are a few of my favorites for the system.
Little King Story - A great Pikmin style action/rpg/strategy mash up. This game was a great challenge and was dripping with personality and humor.
Dokapon Kingdom - Imagine Mario Party meets Dungeons and Dragons. This was one of the games that I got the most entertainment with my friends as we had long standing games going on.
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - One of the few games that was able to deliver what the Wii promised; a completely new way to play games. It utilized the motion controls to the fullest of their abilities and combined it with the traditional storytelling of the Zelda Franchise.
Zak and Wiki: The Quest for Barbaros' Treasure - With great puzzles and animation, Zak and Wiki was one of the first games to really deliver a unique and fun puzzle experience that really provided an old school feel back in the day when death animations were the in thing (curse you Bubsy!!!!).

Re: With the Wii now 99% done, what were your favorite games
Glad to see this topic. I have had my Wii since 08 but still have not played that many games on it. I always wait till systems are dead to really start getting my games. Interesting to see what everyone enjoyed.
Out if the games that I have played I loved
House of the Dead Overkill (Sega Rules)
RE4 (I stopped playing the Gamecube version but I though the aiming was really improved upon with the Wii and I could not put it down and beat it in 4 days)
RE Umbrella and Darkside Chronicles (Great light gun games and great side story)
The Godfather (I don't know about the other versions, but this was the first GTA type game I played and I loved every minute of it, I loved the motion controls with this game too)
Mario Kart Wii (Who doesn't love Mario Kart)
Wii Sports (Bowling was so much fun)

Re: With the Wii now 99% done, what were your favorite games
I guess my favourite games for the Wii would be the ones I've played the most:
NSMBW, Galaxy 1 & 2, Mario Kart, S&P2, A Boy and his Blob, both Kirby games, Wheel of Fortune, Max and the Magic Marker, Muramasa, NBA Jam, NiGHTS, TvC, WarioWare & Shake It, Wii Sports
and the Wii games that weren't purely "Wii games"
Shikigami 3, SNK collection, Data East collection, Metal Slug Anthology, the KoF & Sam Sho collections, all the Milestone games, the Rock Band games, Geometry Wars, Guilty Gear, Mario all-stars, Kirby 20th
and the WiiWare games:
the Contra & Castlevania ReBirth games, Star Soldier R, Mega Man 9
I'm sure there are a few more I enjoyed, but these are the main titles that come to mind for me.

Re: With the Wii now 99% done, what were your favorite games
No console has impressed me as much as the Wii except for the Super Nintendo. If I had to narrow my list to something manageable like 10 games, I think it'd be...
Metroid Prime Collection
Super Mario Bros Wii
Muramasa
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Kirby's Return to Dreamland
Geometry Wars: Galaxies
Sin and Punishment Star Successor
Tatsunoko vs Capcom
Metroid: Other M (yep, I liked it. Deal)
Wario Land: Shake It
Metroid Prime Collection
Super Mario Bros Wii
Muramasa
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Kirby's Return to Dreamland
Geometry Wars: Galaxies
Sin and Punishment Star Successor
Tatsunoko vs Capcom
Metroid: Other M (yep, I liked it. Deal)
Wario Land: Shake It
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Yeah, as much as I enjoy the shmups and fighters of the 360, I've def. played the wii a lot more. PS3 I literally own 6 games and is mostly for netflix. 360 I have 11 games, and wii I have 97. It is an amazing library. I'll second Flake on the SNES connection. I wish it had a wireless controller that didn't have to be plugged into a wiimote, ie, a wavebird, but for wii games, that would have been superb.
My top 10+ in no particular order:
Ivy the Kiwi
Kororinpa Marble Mania
Dokapon Kingdom
Skylanders (not exclusive, but preferred on wii for wireless portal, nunchuck and the cartoony graphics are better on wii)
Pikachu's Pokepark
Mario Galaxy 1 and 2
New Super Mario Bros.
DK Country Returns
Kirby Epic Yarn and Return to Dreamland
Safecracker
Malgrave Incident
Tunguska Files
Lost in Shadow
Muramasa
Opoona
Super Paper Mario
Outstanding platformers, puzzlers, party games and rpg's. This doesn't really even dive into the many games that use the peripherals for great "non-gamer" fun like Boom Blox, Word Jong, Active Life, Walk it Out, and many others. Great system.

Re: With the Wii now 99% done, what were your favorite games
Horaay other people that liked the Wii as much as I did!! I always found it funny when people mentioned their Wii being a Netflix box or collecting dust, because at my home my PS3 is our Netflix box and my 360 just collects dust
Here are a few of my favorites that arn't the typical obvious ones:
Batman Brave and the Bold
Boy and His Blob
Castle of Shikigami III
Cursed Mountain
Fire Emblem
Fragile Dreams
Geometry Wars Galaxies
Ghost Squad (or any other cheesy Arcade rail shooter port)
Guilty Gear Accent Core
King of Fighters Collection
Let's Tap
Little King's Story
Metal Slug Anthology
Muchables
Muramasa
Pikmin (New Play Control)
Resident Evil Darkside/Umbrella Chronicles
Sam & Max Seasons 1 & 2
Samurai Showdown Anthology
Shiren the Wanderer
Silent Hill Shattered Memories
Sin & Punishment Star Successor
Sonic and the Secret Rings
Spyborgs
Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam
Ultimate Shooting Collection
Zack & Wiki
Plus a ton of more obvious choices. And I'm currently working my way through Last Story (which would most likely end up on this list too) and havn't dug into Xenoblade Chronicles yet (plus a few other RPGs). I ended up with more than double the amount of Wii games than PS3/360 titles combined. I really really enjoyed the system and the games it brought with it. There are still so many more titles on my wishlist that I havnt come across yet too.
