I'd play a game called "Running Around Outside and Laughing Maniacally."

It's an old classic, but there's seldom an appropriate time to play.

In all honesty, I think I would play with my cats and enjoy their company. Some good food for me and for them. Maybe play a little Zelda III...

Like many have said, the last thing I'd be doing is playing games. If the world was ending though, I'd probably be digging a deep hole and burying all my consoles and games so that a future alien race or whoever happens to inhabit the remains of Earth can see what we were lucky to play!
