Ones I've actually looked at would be a TG-16/Duo/etc setup of some kind and an AES or consolized MVS, mostly just because I could never get one as a kid

In terms of portables, Neo Geo Pocket Color perhaps.

I'd probably snag others with a collecting consoles mentality more than intending to collect/play many games on them. IE, I don't exactly have a burning desire to play much (if anything) in the CDi library...but I'd probably buy one for cheap just 'cause.
