I'll definitely be passing on the Collector's Edition of H4 (I just bought the CE Zone of the Enders, anyway, so wallet is a bit light) but I'll be picking up the regular edition when it gets released - really looking forward to seeing how the game stacks up against the other games in the series.

I was able to snag an LE from Microsoft's store, as they seem sold out everywhere and it comes with a good deal of content: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/mss ... .251269800

Brogames usually repel me, though I can enjoy some Halo 1 and Halo Wars. Don't have much interest in this title though.

I'll be picking up the Limited edition from Amazon pretty excited for it. I was skeptical like many with it being created by a different developer but it's looking solid from what I have seen. 8)

Definitely picking it up. Forward unto Dawn has me absolutely pumped for this release!

Sounds like 343 is paying more tribute to the novels with this one than Bungie ever did, which is exciting since some of the books are pretty awesome.

I'm stoked. The multiplayer will be overrun in a month or two as usual but who cares, I'm excited for the campaign as I always have been with the Halo games. At least someone is keeping legit sci-fi alive.

Yes.

I intended to snobbishly call Halo a frat boy game and wait for your rant. Alas, my plan was foiled

I don't really care about the multiplayer part of the game, I just look forward to the campaign. Ill probably be a late adopter but I will own it eventually.
