A lot of the big grunge bands of the era I used to adore, but now I'm incredibly sick of because they are soooo overplayed on our local rock stations. Alice in Chains I still adore, but I've always thought of them as more Hard-Rock than Grunge. Oh, and Smashing Pumpkins I can still enjoy and aren't overplayed.
It's Nirvana and Pearl Jam that immeadiatly come to mind as overplayed and just sick of hearing. Bush and Stone Temple Pilots to a lesser degree, as well.

Pretty much the first three Pumpkin Albums are their most superb efforts.. Everything after is mediocre to garbage..
