Its my favorite game of all time, I own every release of the original except the PAL and the box for the Asian release. Something I notice is that every single game on my list is something I had started playing by the time I was 13. Even when I still had plenty of time for replaying games as a 14-16-year-old, I got in the habit of only going through a game once or twice except for a favorite few. I guess it's sort of like how little kids can watch the same movie multiple times per day and not get bored.

Also my younger self had kinda weak tastes and too much love for the FPS genre.

That is if you mean arcade mode.

Mostly Survival and Team Battle actually. Remember I was playing Soul Calibur in college while you were a zygote. Ten team battles a year for over ten years adds up quickly.

I can't think of a single game I've beaten from start to finish more than a few times.

Heck yes it is! Have to get the Tuxedo. It's easily one of my favorite games, and for some reason it's still as amazing and hasn't aged. Plus, the Twin Snakes is a faithful adaptation for the Gamecube.

I don't know if I've beaten any game over 100 times. Maybe Street Fighter II Turbo for SNES because I played that A LOT.
