Man, all of this Ace Attorney hype has made me want to replay the games but I think I'll stave off the urge by picking back up Professor Layton and the Unwound Future again.
WANNA GET YOUR WALLS CRUSHED?

Re: Phoenix Wright 5 announced
the images are interesting. I wonder where 5 will fall in chronologically? Will be it that nebulous time between Trials and Tribulations and Apollo Justice? Or will it take place AFTER Apollo?
I'm excited to see Phoenix again, but Ihope Maya shows up. Phoenix without Maya is like Emma without snake time.

It takes place after Apollo apparently (I guess Phoenix will go out of his grown up boring phase and back to the real "Nick" we all know and loveSatoshi_Matrix wrote:the images are interesting. We can chalk it up to midlife crisisZeroAX wrote:It takes place after Apollo apparently (I guess Phoenix will go out of his grown up boring phase and back to the real "Nick" we all know and loveSatoshi_Matrix wrote:the images are interesting. I imagine the character would have gone through some development. I hope to see an older, wiser Phoenix myself. I'm just dying to know who the lady in yellow is.

Ah......so then that means no Maya. That's.....disappointing. I hope Apollo and Trucy are still around and not ya know, married to each other because Phoenix was too much of a trollface to actually tell them their siblings at the end of Apollo Justice.

Yeah at the end of that game they said to each otherSatoshi_Matrix wrote:Ah......so then that means no Maya. That's.....disappointing. I hope Apollo and Trucy are still around and not ya know,
Also, freaking spoilers dude
Also, I am not exactly sad to see Maya go. She did the funny parts well enough, but not the smart parts. I want a companion for Phoenix who is both silly and smart (like him).

Re: Phoenix Wright 5 announced
Bringing this one back from the dead.
The demo is out. Has anyone else downloaded and played it?
I did and the humor is still amazing. Your new assistant, Athena, says that Phoenix will win this trial in 10 minutes and the judge agress cause he likes quick verdicts and says "Besides, 10 minutes is a good duration for a demo, they can't last too long"
I have to say Athena is the first post-Maya assistant I like. Mostly cause she's a different character. Ema Skye and Trucy right seemed too much like copies of Maya's character. But I also like her cause she's useful, and the mood thing she brings to the table makes the cross examination gameplay more interesting.
I'm really looking forward to this game. I'm going to pre-purchase it even though it's a digital release, so I'm certain I haven't spent my money on other stuff by the time it comes out
