$250 I think.

Sort of looks like a Chinese knock-off. Especially from the top. Let's all just cross our fingers and hope this isn't real.

Hopefully it is a top loader. Love top loaders, more reliable.

Most probably fake though...

They said the same thing about the PS3 slim... fake part. Didn't hear ugly comments other than the matte finish.

Thing that tripped me out was likely a typo, a 16GB version??? Probably 160GB though.

I still want to pick up a PS3, but I'm not really all that excited about the look of this model (though I don't think it's quite as ugly as some of the rest of you), if it's even real. And if it's going to be a lower gig model, than forget it. I'll just wait for the slim to go down a little more.

I do agree that the idea of it being a top-loaders is very appealing, though.

I don't think it's a typo, since the bottom of the article mentioned possibly competing with XBox's 4GB model. I don't know how well the lower gig models sell, but I have no interest in one.

^I'm surprised no one else is commenting on this. Seriously, take my favorite two exclusive PS3 games (MGS4 and Heavy Rain), and you've used up 9 GB of the useable 14GB space. At least with a 4GB xbox, you are able to play all your disc based games, as installation is optional; but for a system where a good set of the high end games require data install, I can't see this unit flying off the shelf for anything but a Blu-ray player that can play PS3 games on the side. I'm hoping that they do what Microsoft did and simply make the 16GB built in flash, wherein you can add a HDD on for more space if needed.
