So...I beat CvS Pro twice with Ryo (once in Capcom groove, once in SNK Groove). He's actually pretty decent. I wish Capcom would've kept his half circle back kick move and his half circle forward leaping punch move, but oh well. Can't have everything I guess.

Not quite. Top tier characters in CVS1 became less than on CVS2. Nakaruru, Yuri and especially King all got substantial nerfs.So do every characters in CVS2, especially Yamazaki!

Well, I don't mean "all" but some characters that l enjoyed using in the first CVS, such as Yamazak, Iori, and Terry, were improved in the sequel.
