Though with my experience there have been small issues that are exclusive to DIOS MIOS. Such as some games that didn't need a random disk in the drive to start with DML and now need one with DM. However those issues should be ironed out in due time.DM has the same compatibility as the current DML version, of course the reads are much faster

I agree that you should make the swap to FAT32 but there's is a much more practical way to do it. Just follow this guide on GBAtemp and it will tell you how to swap the file system from WBFS to FAT32 without losing your games/data.
