Isn't it one of those shows that's been on forever? It may have actually changed in quality since you last watched it.

I have little kid cartoon-watching little kids in my house. The production values are higher, but terrible writing is still terrible.

I don't know what aired in Greece, but if it's the same cheesy and kinda botched stuff that aired on saturday morning TV in the US... I don't blame him.

I do think it's kinda silly though to make such a judgement on such a broad... category? (I'd hesitate to call it a genre, it's closer to a medium).
