Does anyone know if Worlds of Adventure 2 is actually the sequel to Worlds of Ultima, or is there a Worlds of Adventure 1 somewhere?

The Savage Empire is the first Worlds of Ultima game, Martian Dreams is the second. Yeah, the titles are confusing I agree.
