Wow, all of those NPC character animations are great. I hope its like that in game.

So stupid question is this thread for IP that has never been seen before or for IP that is new but was known about before e3 as well as the brand new stuff?

This is the new one by the guys at Quantic Dreams (Indigo Prophecy, Heavy Rain). This looks really impressive in terms of facial expression realism. Fantastic.

Not sure, since we did know about stuff like the Last of Us (and Beyond...sorta) before E3.

I'm very excited about Dragon's Crown. And I'd consider it a new IP even though some could argue it's part of the Princess Crown/Odin Sphere/Muramasa "series". The character designs are off the chain!

I mean unreleased new franchises presented at E3, even if they have been teased prior.
