What video game stores still fix retro systems ?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Yeah, stop bumping the thread every single time someone posts.

Do you want something repaired, or are you compiling a list?

A good chance if it is a Retro Video Game store, then there would also be some sort of Repair or Tradein Exchange offered. There is already a HUGE list maintained by lisalover1.

That entire list is international. All of the ones with websites would likely have their email addresses on the site. Those without probably don't give them out/have them.

I'm sure you can go to that list and get the emails from their websites, of course. They might even mention of they do repairs or not.

I know one not on the list is Modchip.com/Modchip.ca based in Winnipeg, Canada. That's the only one I have ever used before. Their contact information is on their website.

All the parts you need at in Akiba if you are in Tokyo. Soldering guns, capacitors, screw drivers, security bits, multimeters, etc. Knowing Japanese helps.

Scroll down, almost every state is listed for the U.S. entries. A Google Search from the names listed has a good chance of finding their website and contact information. Specialized Retro game stores are a good source to seek out repairs on Retro consoles, many offer the service. My bet is at least half on that massive list offer a repair, simply google or call the store.
