Ok that's good to know I've never really used Amazon before. I don't know why I read that as sarcasm.retrosportsgamer wrote:Absolutely serious - it is part of their business model to go above and beyond, regardless of a loss of a couple bucks (there's a good piece on them in a previous 60 minutes). It inclines folks to do more shopping (and feel real good about it) there rather than go to a B&M store.flex wood wrote:Can't tell if serious...retrosportsgamer wrote:But Amazon's customer service is top notch and you got your money back - right? They go out of their way for customers to make things right.

Yeah, Amazon's amazing. I've had one or two bad experiences in the past few years, and in both cases, Amazon took care it very quickly. At least from my experience, there's no safer way to shop online than Amazon.

It's up to 63 Negative feedback. No way this person is allowed to sell there anymore and there is no way you won't get your money back on this deal. I'm very surprised how a seller was able to pull this off, but they aren't going to walk away with any of the money.JC48573 wrote:I'm pretty sure I did. How does 43 negatives sound to you in no more than a few weeks? All complaining about not receiving their items.AppleQueso wrote:are you sure that's even a 'scam'?
a whole number of things could be responsible for you not getting your item yet
