Where is the Vote for View Active Posts? To me the best way to find the most current Posts and newest Replies.

Is there any difference between that and View new posts though?

I forgot all about that link when I made the poll, added it now though :)

There was no option for "With a nice cigar and a fine Ale" :?:

I usually go Active, then Your Posts, then B/S/T, then Shmups.

I actually browse with my phone normally and have the view new posts bookmarked and use the mobile version for a bit since it takes you to the last post you read in a thread. Then I get sick of it and switch back to the full site and turn my phone sideways and continue by checking the sub forums I'm interested in (rpg Sony fighters off topic general gaming and the bst)

I just browse through each subforum I'm interested in.

I almost always just use the "ACTIVE FORUM TOPICS" area of the front page. I very rarely dive into the "FORUM" section and jump around boards.

dsheinem wrote:but "view active topics" allows for EXACTLY the same functionality as "View New Posts" BUT includes roughly 10-15 pages or so of recent posting activity. "View new posts" usually only shows one or two pages, in my experience, and sometimes omits stuff on the first page or two.

"View Active Topics" is slightly superior to "View New Posts" and is the only way to really browse the forum in a way that puts everything and anything that's had any activity at all in one easy to browse place.
