I can't find the article, but yeah, there will be a full fledged single player mode.BoneSnapDeez wrote:Will this have a single-player offline mode?
This sounds cool and all.... but I am still wondering, where is Phantasy Star V?!

Word. The Vita and PC versions will share servers, so you can access your character everywhere! *dies*dunpeal2064 wrote:Fuuuuuck that is amazing. One watch of that video just sold two copies of that game.s1mplehumar wrote:Awesome new vid with plenty of updates. Feast your eyes on this!
Rumor has it substantial bits of English have been extracted from the Beta files.

Its coming out on the Vita? Had no idea, thought it was gonna end up PC only.
yet another reason to buy a Vita. Will there be a way to play Vita games on a ps3, like you can the other way around?

A few. I think the new Motorstorm is playable on both units. A small handful of games support remote play, and evidently Sony is at least toying with the idea of 100% support for streaming games to Vita via PS3. Of course there are already some hacks to get the ball rolling now.dunpeal2064 wrote:Will there be a way to play Vita games on a ps3, like you can the other way around?

I would love to get a Vita if I could play the games on a full screen when I wasn't out and about. I had the cables for the psp to do this, but the image came out pretty terrible, even with component cables.

Oh, I gotcha. Good question. I'm thinking no, at least for now.dunpeal2064 wrote:I would love to get a Vita if I could play the games on a full screen when I wasn't out and about. I had the cables for the psp to do this, but the image came out pretty terrible, even with component cables.

Seriously, this game could sell me on the Vita. I just still really really really really hope we get an NA release. Has Sega ever been stingy though compared to other companies?

I think chances are high. The last batch of handheld iterations have all made it to NA. With the latest news of a Vita release, it seems our chances have increased even more so.Xeogred wrote:Seriously, this game could sell me on the Vita. In other news, another media briefing is scheduled tomorrow with beta test dates, possibly release date info, and billing particulars.
