Hells yeah! I'd wanna see Q & Dudley. Even throw in some EX series characters, too. Maybe D. Dark, or Skullomania.

It would be really hard to include any EX characters. As far as I know, they are property of Akira, the company that developed the EX games for Capcom. A shame, too. I liked the EX characters quite a bit.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
