If this is true actually they gonna sell more! People will buy 3,4,5 copies to resell and then nintendo will say "Since this game sell so good were gonna give it a proper release".

I doubt it. One thousand copies is a very small number, they know the thousand will sell.


Anyways, this is further proof that the industry doesn't know how to sell and distribute. They only know how to sell blockbusters.

I don't care, I just reserved 2 copies. If I decide I don't want the second copy, it'll only cost me the $5 restocking fee.

I bet it was a ploy to get as many people to pre-order as possible.

I don't mind reserving two though. Like I said, it'll only be a $5 restocking fee if I decided to only get 1 copy. Or I can buy both, and sell one here to some one at face value. I'm sure even if it is NOT just pre-order only that it'll be sold out / hard to find at release. I'm sure some one here will want a copy that didn't pre-order. So either way, I don't mind reserving two copies.

The OP of this thread is also misleading and should be changed. It says "Nintendo: …" as if Nintendo actually made a statement.
