Agreed. I know the list of submission criteria is long, but keep in mind I don't absolutely need each one of those things. No single criteria (experience, equipment, etc. ) is necessarily better than another, and the lack of something won't put you out of the running. FWIW, I had no experience, no equipment, little production knowledge, and only a few really good ideas when I started the show a little over two years ago. But Nick saw potential, and I'd like to think I have an eye for that too.
