I feel like Shining Hearts had an fanlation patch. But never looked into it. Haven't heard of any others I can remember.

There's Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep: Final Mix and Monster Hunter 2G patches, but I'm not aware of much else. The guy that did the KH game claims that he's going to translate Final Fantasy Type-0 if it isn't localized.

Huh, I'm interested in this since it has the Secret of Mana composer (he's barely done anything else).

bruno that blog post is awesome, that should be on racketboy or something.
