As time moves on, I think I am more likely to go back to the Saturn than the Dreamcast to play games. If you are willing to step out into imports the Saturn had incredible variety and some very unique games.

This is an easy choice to me, as the Dreamcast was essentially a bigger, badder Saturn so I vote DC.

Though the Saturn had its fair share of great games, the DC had more. I think the only way the Saturn really outdoes the DC is in the collectible value of its games. The system has quite a few legendary, pricey games and a collection of notable Saturn games is harder to get than a bunch of great DC titles.

It's something for collectors to brag about. I proudly own Guardian Heroes and Dragon Force, but games like Radiant Silvergun are way too pricey for me. I don't even know if I would pony up the cash for Guardian Heroes or Dragon Force again if I had to, even though they are awesome games.

Tough choice, but personally I had more fond memories with the Saturn, cause back then I was still in high school and could afford to spend lots more time on gaming, even though I only had the Saturn back then (couldn't quite afford the PlayStation till much later).

And Dragon Force was an awesome game that I played over many times (something I don't usually do).

I loved the Dreamcast too, but by the time I got it I was in college and couldn't play as much as I would've liked.

I just got a saturn, and when I was a kid I rarely remember it. Same with the dreamcast, so I have lots of exploring to do. But I am most excited to play some of the saturn games because I think the only thing I've played on Saturn is Sonic R at toy'r'us or somewhere. But I am not going to say which I prefer because I haven't played either nearly enough.

Without a doubt the Dreamcast, especially its library, is better by far. I always recommend them to people instead of Saturns

But I'll take a Saturn any day of the week over any other console, new or old. Saturn makes me happier than any other console, though the DC is no slouch in that department.

I could list off the practical things the Saturn does right, like the sturdy hardware and awesome digital controls. But really, I just like it better because it feels more special.

As everyone on this site knows, Saturn and Dreamcast are each capable of some great and exclusive gaming experiences. They are possibly the 2 finest pure gaming consoles ever. My biggest complaint about them is their fairly limited "hackability", but I guess that is the nature of a console . In that category, every other console pales in comparison to an original Xbox- which I could replace with any modern HTPC with nearly no sacrificed functions.
