No. I'd rather have the tons of Mega Man games the way they are than get tainted by some other game company looking to just make a buck off of him. Capcom is as high-class as a third-party game company gets, I doubt anyone else would do Mega Man justice.

You kidding me right? You know that the only reason Megaman games were good was because Kenji made sure his baby was well taken of. Every time Capcom made a Megaman game without him (Megaman X 6-7-8 and COmmand Mission) it sucked.

Capcom -> Shitty game
Other company -> Probably a shitty game but there's a chance for non-shitiness.
