Okay, just making sure. I would have to agree with your point in that case, really.KDub wrote:It was directed at why the same games are more expensive on the SNES than the Genesis.

Agreed. There was always more bass on the Genesis games. Streets of Rage series!!!!!!brunoafh wrote:Okay, just making sure. I would have to agree with your point in that case, really.KDub wrote:It was directed at why the same games are more expensive on the SNES than the Genesis.
As far as the ports go, I usually prefer Genesis ports for one reason: the "uumph" of the music just gets to me. I love it. Yes, SNES ports are almost always prettier and have higher audio quality, but the Genesis ports just have this awesome unmatched charm.

Same goes for a few others like Aladdin.harper wrote:I'm not so worried about the graphical standpoint as just version differences like gameplay and such. Like Adventures of Batman and Robin for example, I used to have it for the Super Nintendo and I loved it. When I found out there was a Genesis version I was happy because I figured I could get it cheaper than the snes version but turns out it's not at all the same game
The reason the Gen port is more expensive I'm sure is because I didn't KNOW there was a Genesis version of that title. Thought it was SNES-only
