Same. On some of the smaller forums I frequent, there is more or less no way to necro a thread, as there are only a few pages of threads after multiple years because everyone talks in the same few dozen of them. Granted, they are forums targeted at a small audience so there aren't nearly as many members as there are here at RB, but, everything feels much cleaner that way and is a lot easier to navigate.

I've been on some forums that absolutely freak out over necroing and warn users immediately, and in some cases ban them.

About the only time I cannot stand a person grave robbing is when it's a thread for shock value or controversy; a random user comes along and bumps it with his opinion. Thing is, if it isn't constructive its probably the user smarting off, and if that's the case, no one wants to hear it.
