Hobie-wan wrote:My last milestone was getting Section Z with the rare hint map. Finally spending over $100 each on Zanac X Zanac and Harmful Park last year were big hundles for me. Was after those for along time and while I didn't really want to spend as much as I did on them, I got them for good prices instead of the $200 each they tend to hover near.
So that would make one of my Milestones being a Copy of Yard Sale Gamer I got before the end of production?
You had an article piece about the story of obtaining Section Z :D

Yet you needed a 3DO?

I'd like to get the Final Fantasy games, even though I've already played the PS1 versions which I understand are based off the WSC ports. I'd also like to pick up the original version of Riveria. Dicing Knight looks solid too. Beyond that, I have no idea yet.

The 3DO is something I'll have to explore as well. I understand there's no region locking so I'll mostly buy Japanese.

So then, you also have all the controllers, video cords, and other accessories you want?

Yeah, I know...... the 3DO is fairly weak. I'm mostly interested in Lucienne's Quest and Guardian War.

That's a good point. I'd still like to pick up a SNES mouse, 1st party Genesis 6 button controller, and a boot disc for the Dreamcast. Okay, after those three things it's just games.

Closes Ive ever been was 2-3 away, had trouble finding Exile 2 and Parasol Stars.
Since then Ive let go Tons of WD stuff, now Ill need the main portion all over again such as the saturn and tg16 stuff.

But besides that I would say 75-80% of my collection goals are near complete.
I have very funny taste in my current defined collection, genres like Agetec Designer series, any games featuring card battle mechanics, hybrid RPG/Racing (Final Lap twin & Car Battler Joe as far as I know),Snowboarding/Skateboarding,Suda 51 just to get an idea.

Then more traditional collections such as Sqaresoft PS1,FF's,WD and must haves games for typicial said systems.

I guess the 3DO and Jaguar just depend on taste. I found nothing interesting to me minus Star Control 2 and maybe a few others on the 3DO yet the Jaguar has quite a few games I'm interested in.

Different strokes for different folks.

It's terrible isn't it? I've got a saturn I hardly have any games for because I've been getting it all set up with an AR, two multitaps, and an s-video cord. Still need 2 light guns, 12 controllers, 2 arcade sticks, and a TV on its side for tate.

I like to get accessories taken care of early on.
