"Full sleeve" is when you have that plastic you can put the cover in, "no sleeve" is just see thru plastic.
The description on the racketboy store isn't clear enough to me!
Yes they have sleeves, but the sleeves are made of PVC (The cases themselves are archival grade minus the sleeve) which means that your cover art and potentially the manual you have behind it will yellow as the PVC ages over time.

For future reference, the forums are alot more active during the week. So on the weekends it is not uncommon for you to not receive a response in a couple hours.
