The 3DS is still using these arcane friend codes? I thought Nintendo had fixed that.

It is one friend code per handheld

that's better, but is the idea of a username so horrible? numeric codes are just bizzare.

I played a lot of Mario Kart 7 today, and finally figured out how the mini turbos work. Once I did that, I suddenly became much better. I hate how you have to unlock shit offline. I just want access to everything so I can focus on online.

I didn't. I ended up having a lot of homework yesterday and didn't have an hour and a half to spend walking to Kmart and back. Since I'm busy all day today and tomorrow, the earliest I'm going to get it is Wednesday.

In that case, maybe someone else should create the community for Racketboy. I assume that we want all items on, but I'm not sure if online play is normally 100cc or 150cc. I'd like to have our community the exact same settings as default online play.

Does anyone know if regular online play is 100cc or 150cc? Also, can we change community settings after we make it? Does the community have a leader who can control this stuff? Can you change leaders? I have no idea about any of this stuff. (>_<)

Well, I went ahead and made the community. It looks like once it's made, you can't change anything. I set the Yoshi Egg kart as the icon, in honor of YoshiEgg25. I added "Racing" after the Racketboy name in case we also want to create communities for balloon or coin battles.

It'll take me a while to get into the groove on how it works. I'll try to play it when I can (after I get it) but this week is going to be absolutely awful for me. Speech tomorrow, a test and three quizzes later this week, a skit next week, and three programs due next week too.

Not to mention finals. >_<
