Rayman Origins

Post by Soldier Blue »

Well I've seen nothing but glowing reviews for this game. Only a few days left on a release.
8.5 from game informer and 9.5 from IGN.

About time we got another good 2d platformer. I'll definitely be picking it up eventually

I played the demo and I nearly crapped my pants when I started playing it, it's absolutely gorgeous and the game isn't as hard as Rayman, so yeah, I'm getting it.

I didn't pay much attention to this at first since I've never played a Rayman game before, but after seeing some of the trailers and gameplay footage, this looks like it could be one of the best platformers in a long time.

I will chime in that the timing is just bad with this game. I'd love to pick it up, but I just bought Skyrim yesterday! That was after a week of playing Uncharted 3, and I haven't even bought Batman: Arkham City yet! Next week is the new Assassin's Creed, Need for Speed: The Run and Saint's Row: The Third.

If this game had come out 2 months ago, it would have been perfect!

Just found out about this game. I am very excited but also probably don't have the money for it. Between iM@S 2, Skyrim, UMvC3, and a new Taiko no Tatsujin game at the end of the month, I don't know.

I really want to try this game as well as Sonic Generations. Hopefully sooner than later.
