yep it's like XBLA on 360 - literally the main reasons for purchase (and the first things I played before any disc games) on my 360 were: Soul Calibur and Ikaruga.
I hardly ever put in a disc anymore (and with 2 young kids theyve often damaged the few I have) - also if a game exists on Game On Demand I prefer to have it that way (Tekken 6 is an example of this).

like I said, can't explain it. I've played it on PS1, PSN and DC. For some reason I didn't like the PSN version. (shrug)
