Character Creation Trailer HD

At first glace the create-a-character doesn't seem all that different until you start going through all the options available. This was always one of the more important aspects of the game in my book, largely influenced by Chronicles of the Sword.

The amount of customization previewed in this trailer's got me excited! Being able to resize specific limbs and anatomy, pattern adjustments and scaling, full 3D positioning of objects and accessories, more voice options, the ability to adjust the color of just about everything... going to be spending hours in the create mode, I can already tell...

Wow, that's fantastic. They've improved it a lot!

I love character creation. I spent hours upon hours playing around with new characters in SC 3 and 4, and 5 will probably be an even bigger addiction.

I'm really excited.

I hope the create a character allows you to tweak the standard characters as much (or more) than you could in SCIV. That was the best part - decking whichever character you liked in the duds of another if you did not like their secondary costume.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I'm a little sad they aren't keeping Kilik, Xianghua, and Taki...I mean I know they're getting "clone" characters to replace them, but!

Her daughter is supposed to play just like her, if rumor holds.

I am kinda disappointed that they are setting it 17 years in the future...but hardly anyone is older. Why the gimmick if you aren't going to embrace it?

Reminds me of Tekken 3 with the whole BS of Nina being cryogenically frozen.. Yeah right.. They just wanted their most popular female to still have her sex appeal..

Or KoF where they just stopped allowing time to pass to prevent specific characters from aging out of the high school range. Lame.

Yeah I bet Kula is still 14 by KoF 35 LOL!!! Or how they decided to Loli up Athena to middle school status as she was starting to mature in the later 2000 KoFers..
