I have Castlevania Adventure, and it's ok, but you move incredibly slow and some people really dislike the game for that. Apparently the other Castlevania games are quite good though, and of course Kid Dracula is awesome.

Castlevania is known for slow moving Belmonts, but you're right this is terribly slow. The one thing I really like about it tho is that if you time yourself just right, you and your whip line up perfectly with the music.

I actually just fired up the game on my Game Boy Player and played through the first stage to check that out since I hadn't noticed it before and the walking animation lines up surprisingly well.

5 is not only one of the best Gameboy Mega Man games, it's one of the best classic Mega Man games period.

It's also the only one of those that I have NOT played through all the way
I always start and get a couple stages in, write down the password, and then lose it before I get back to it.
Despite its rarity, I do own a copy. There's really no excuse.
