Thank you for your reply.

As I mentioned before I think all capacitors (including the biggest one on the high voltage side) seem to be okay. I desoldered them and checked their capacitance with multimeter. Could a capacitor be faulty if its measured capacitance is right?

What do You mean by "bad ground"? How can I check if its okay?
