Yes, the first GF disc was damaged during shipping, a poor packing job. It was insured but since it was determined to be the way it was packed that caused the damage, no money returned.
The second was offered up shortly after that.

Well honestly that first guy that was selling it seemed sleezy, and it didn't seem likely the disc would even work.

Still no news on this, when it is updated I will let you guys know. I check the site like every other day at least, so I will try to remember you guys when I know something.
