Nope, from what I heard that's exactly what happened. Some dumbass shot at some cops, missed, got shot and killed himself. Then some other dumbasses decided to do a peaceful protest against "police brutality" which a whole bunch of dickheads decided to turn into a big violent riot just so they could have an excuse to loot all the stores.

Also, I doubt police shoot people everyday over there. It's illegal for a civilian to own a gun in the UK, so I doubt the police have many excuses to even pull out there own guns let alone fire them.

Obviously, someone who lives there would know better, but to my understanding, most of the regular police don't carry guns either, so that would tend to reduce police shootings too, I'd think.
