Well, still no luck. The supposedly-compatible adapters he tried didn't work. Any other ideas? I really don't want to have lost $600 worth of gaming equipment due to the clumsiness of the USPS.

he should try a different tv bc it does sound like a sync rate issue, what type of tv is he using?

Seems to get getting better. Buyer needs to open it up and check out for loose wires or broken soldier on that mod along with standard cleaning. Crossing fingers.OK....I got it working!!! BUT...now I have a whole new problem.
The system only reads the game when I actually apply downward pressure on the cart into the cart slot. As soon as I let go, no signal.
