To my utter dismay this is pretty much the only type of ramen I've ever eaten.
Besides that, does anyone else put eggs in their ramen?
At least Its not Blowfish
I prefer the blue packaged Oriental Flavor. Once in a while I'll put a Raw Egg and Green Onions after dumping the Ramen in a big bowl. I hate curdled cooked eggs in ramen, prefer the risk of salmonella taste of the egg syrup.

The product placement in the OVA Freedom is the best. The OVA was an anniversary project for Nissin Cup Noodles. Despite that, it is a very solid anime and is cell shaded much like the upcoming Berserk film will be.

That's pretty hardcore.

No but I've always wanted to try that. How is it? Also, I did once put leeks in my ramen.
I personally like it. The eggs absorb a lot of the flavor. I'll also put things like cheese or broccoli in ramen at times, anything to give it a more diverse flavor (or to add something remotely healthy to it).

What kind of egg do you put in? Like fried, scrambled, raw or what? Part of the reason I haven't tried it yet is because I can't figure out which kind would be best to use.
I feel old when talking to anyone my age yet too inexperienced to effectively talk to anyone older. Life is grand that way.

I put raw eggs in, and the boiling water cooks them with the ramen. I've never tried it any other way, but you could use other methods. Chopping up boiled eggs and then adding them to the ramen is something I've considered doing before.

Bleah, turns into curdled egg drop soup. Try putting the Raw egg AFTER the steaming hot noodles are poured in the bowl. YUM YUM!

This is the one for me. It's the only flavor that is vegetarian friendly (no chicken/beef powder), so it's my de facto ramen choice. I can also buy 7 for $1 at Fred Meyer, so there's never a short supply.
My personal favorite fixerup is to throw in some dried oyster mushrooms, shaved onion, fresh jalapeno slices, and a dash of Chinese 5 Spice.
