So expensive, I really want one of those myself someday. 5 year warranty? Damn I guess that's pretty nice though.

I usually see repro carts go for $50 to $75. Even if we only go with the lower amounts, the Power Pak will still cost you less than three repro carts, the Game Doctor less than that, and you will get a LOT more use out of them. I bought my Game Doctor back when they were over $100 and I've never regretted it for a moment.
