Ironically, someone just emailed my today to tell me that my forum wasnt allowing guest posting or registration. I fucked up a phpbb plugin during the server move. No wonder I haven't had a single new user post in over a month.

That just means there are too many people on the server trying to do things that send emails at that given time.
