I call the assembly of the racketeers.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I also have never beaten a Sonic game. In fact Sonic Adventure is the only Sonic game I've ever owned.

What constitutes "beating" Sonic? Just defeating Eggman, or collecting all the emeralds too? I never cared to spend too much time on the emeralds.

So long as you don't just use the level select, just beating Dr. Robotnik/Eggman should count.

Is that a sigh of relief that some of us love Sonic and have beaten at least one Sonic game?

I guess so. :P

I grew up beating those old Sonic games just as much as old Mega Man games, and probably played them a lot more than Mario games. Always easy to go back through them all in a day or so as well.

Same here. I actively dislike Sonic and Mario games. :P

Did anyone else wonder what gruesome meaning Thyrotoxic Periodic Paralysis had towards retro gamers before noticing the chat box? And the only Sonic game I've ever beaten was the gamecube port of Sonic Adventure 2. Although I do have the original three on my summer challenge list. We'll see how that goes.
