SMT Persona 2 on PSP - P2P

Well they reprinted it for PS1 prior to Persona 4's release. If we are lucky they may do it again.

Ohhhhhh I remember that day. I saw on Cheapassgamer that Persona 2 was reprinted and in stock at Amazon. At the time I didn't really have any interest in the game and $40 seemed like a lot for a PSone game. I was home for lunch and thought I would think about it at work and decide whether to pick it up or not. I got home from work 4 hours later and they were of course long sold out. I still kick myself for not ordering a few and sitting on them. Who knew right?

I'm really excited for this, too. It's just a shame that I will be going to college in about 2-3 weeks in a town where there isn't a Gamestop for 200+ miles, so I will have to get the preorder edition online somehow. It sucks that GS has that edition exclusively.

They should do another reprint and/or put it on the PSN/PSP as a PS1 classic. Because as I understand it, the PS1 game we got is Part 2 of Persona 2. Innocent Sin being Part 1. Because I don't think they are gonna remake Part 2 for the PSP now. Maybe they will for the Vita? That would be cool. Though they should still put Persona 2 Part 2 on PSN as well

EDIT: Anyone notice you cannot find this game on amazon? You can search for Persona 2, Persona 2 Innocent Sin and it wont come up in search results. It IS listed on amazon though as it is right here: http://amzn.to/qyn5vj but for some reason it doesn't show up. Must be a bug in the system perhaps.

There is a rumor that Persona 4 Portable will be released for the 3DS, because "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona" was listed on the upcoming franchises list for the 3DS. I think it would fit better on the Vita, but I'm not complaining in the slightest.
