one suggestion, if you need a 2nd DualShock3 you should check the clearance section of yr local Best Buy -- I actually found the limited edition Little Big Planet box set that contained an extra DS3 for $25!
Check everywhere for PS3 stuff. Retailers are dropping that shit like it's going out of fashion. The amount of price drops on PS3 games lately have been ridiculous. Funnily enough the trade prices for 360 hardware have gone up whilst the PS3 hardware has plummeted

@env963: I read that you can choose two on each platform.

Infamous is really cool! If i didnt own any of these games, I would choose Infamous and probably little big planet.

Thanks guys, I haven't looked at anything PS3 related for awhile, but I just fell into a bit of money so I will now.

That's how I understood it also, sounds like a great deal for everyone that owns both.

All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

Dead Nation
inFAMOUS
LittleBigPlanet
Super Stardust HD
Wipeout HD + Fury

For PSP owners, you will be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
ModNation Racers
Pursuit Force
Killzone Liberation

My understanding would be you get 2 on each. I'm both a PSP and a PS3 owner, and there's no verbage that says I have to choose which platform I want the games for.

Just to clarify, they're talking digital-only for all of this stuff, right?

Of course. There's no way in hell Sony would actually spend money on their customers. Note that all these games are published by Sony...

well before you enjoy being too cynical, doesn't that make sense? They can't really give away somebody else's game can they?

In for Super Stardust HD and Wipeout + Fury; already have infamous and LBP. Better than nothing plus PS+ discounts for a month :) Ever since they introduced the PS+ program I have been spending much less on PSN because the discounts for free users seem to be on stuff that doesn't interest me at all...
