No wonder SNK games are so clunky, it's because they're still following the original Street Fighter formula lol.

Yeah, I love Final Fight, and hear that for Street Fighter II, that was the original introduction for Final Fight, have you ever played Final Fight CD? The intro on that is very awesome :)

I also gotta give SNK credit for if it wasn't for them, the greatest Streetest Fighter Dan Hibiki wouldn't be around today :mrgreen:

The Alpha series as a whole is pretty much Capcom's interpretation of an SNK game, and the versus series owes a lot to KOF also.

Good point, Street Fighter Alpha was a pretty decent series, I remember it was a let down after everyone was playing DarkStalker's and enjoying the game to it's fullest and when Street Fighter Alpha came along, the game simply could not compare!

As for the vs series....the image of young white headband Ryu shaking hands with retro 90's Uncanny Cyclops' hand was just plain epic :)
