However, my opinion on the matter remains unchanged. There is no reason why video games have to conform to multiculturalism. If certain ethnic groups are unsatisfied with the current ethnic and cultural representation in video games, then they should start getting like minded individuals together and start creating content that suits their needs.

Second, I would say that game developers should avoid using stereotypes in their content, however, I support game developers making any type of game they want, stereotypes included. So as consumers, if we don't want stereotypes, then we shouldn't buy games that are blatantly.

Someone mentioned GTA:SA as being the right character for the game, but GTA games are full of stereotypes, including SA. That is one of many reasons why I don't play them, mostly because it glorifies gang culture. I don't find it dangerous to society, just stupid and juvenile.
