Mutant Fighter (also known as Death Brade in Japan). Data East made it in 1991.

It plays like King of the Monsters, you slam opponents down, and it has a minotaur.

Well thats was one of them but its not the one im asking. Well anyways thank you Ive found one of them.

the diference about the game Im looking for there was a minotaur a girl that looked like chun li another one that looked like guile and a minotaur and a couple more it was like this one but better graphics and you hit up and the character throws the other one up into the space and then they pound him to the ground. I remember the guy that looks like guile (that was my favorite character) he threw them to the air and then throws them to the ground and pound on them with his knee.

Bah dont mind me its this one mutant fighter found the movements and yes the one thats called fighter (haha fighter..) do the move and the amazon does the other one.
